  We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Waterproofing and Insulation Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing waterproofing and insulation solutions for a variety of building projects. The role requires expertise in the selection of materials and systems that will provide the highest levels of protection and energy efficiency for commercial, industrial, and residential buildings. The candidate will work closely with architects, builders, and project managers to ensure that all waterproofing and insulation solutions meet the highest standards for quality and performance.
  Key Responsibilities:
  •Develop and implement waterproofing and insulation solutions for new and existing buildings.
  •Select appropriate materials and systems to meet the specific needs of each project.
  •Work with architects and project managers to ensure that waterproofing and insulation solutions are integrated into the overall building design.
  •Conduct on-site inspections to assess the condition of existing buildings and identify areas that require waterproofing and insulation upgrades.
  •Prepare detailed project proposals, including cost estimates and timelines.
  •Supervise the installation of waterproofing and insulation systems and ensure that all work is carried out to the highest standards.
  •Conduct regular inspections of completed projects to ensure that waterproofing and insulation solutions are performing as expected.
  •Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in waterproofing and insulation technology and recommend new products and systems to improve performance and energy efficiency.
  Qualifications:
  •Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  •Minimum of 5 years' experience in waterproofing and insulation design and installation.
  •In-depth knowledge of building materials and construction methods.
  •Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  •Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  •Experience with AutoCAD or other design software is an advantage.
  •Professional certification in waterproofing and insulation is preferred.
