Responsibilities
• Identifying opportunities for application optimization, redesign, or process improvement - focused on collaboration systems and internal tools.
• Providing application administrative support across applications as needed.
• Manage application maintenance, Implement and monitor standards around scope management, financial management, service level agreements (SLA)
• Understand client’s business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• Be open to creative solutions and out of the box ideas
• Very good problem solving techniques
• Ready for challenges and able to acquire new skills and technologies quickly
Qualifications
• Must be Arabic Speaker
• Excellent in English - written and spoken
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain system changes and functionality to all stakeholders
• Experience in Oracle EBS 12.2.8 HCM modules specially Oracle PMS and Supply chain management
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Oracle Financial applications implementation including minimum 5 ERP implementation
