• Description:
  We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of accounting experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and a proven track record of managing financial processes and reporting.
  Responsibilities:
  •Manage and oversee the daily accounting operations of the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  •Perform monthly and quarterly financial statement analysis and reporting to senior management.
  •Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records and compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
  •Assist with annual budget preparation and forecasting.
  •Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations.
  •Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits and ensure timely completion of all audit requirements.
  •Provide training and mentorship to junior staff members to develop their skills and knowledge.
  Requirements:
  •Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  •CPA or CMA certification preferred.
  •Minimum of 6 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  •Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software.
  •Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  •Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
