Supervise, direct and implement the company social responsibility
strategy for across the company projects in Jordan,
working closely with the Country Manager, MENA Chief QHSE Officer and Community LiaisonOfficers.
Supervise, direct and implement social development strategy and CSR for all
projects at Jordan, conveying Company commitment to socio-economic
development of the communities where we operate. Responsible for reporting, monitoring and supervising the labor & social and HR performance of the O&M Contractor as well as for the coordination of stakeholder engagement
activities with the aim of facilitating Project objectives.
Provide on-the-ground support for the managing and implementation of
the company CSR Program,
Buildandmaintainapositiveandactiverelationshipbetweenthelocalcommunities
(and widerstakeholders) and The company for the long-term, communicating our strong commitment to socio-economic development, environmental protection, respectfor labor & human rights, and strong governance, and fostering an
environment that supports community involvement andownershipandsenseofcontroloverthe information being communicated to
them
Support with the identification ,assessment of feasibility ,development and implementation of CSR projectson-the-ground
Actively visit locations of CSR activities to monitor and manage the successful implementation of our CSR projects and establish collaborative and positive relationships with community organizations that share our commitment
Promote awareness of social responsibility within the organization by involving employees, ensuring both management andstaffareinformedofstatusofsocio-economicdevelopmentinitiatives
