Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Engineer with an industrial background and prior experience in the erection of industrial facilities such as chlorine plants, dairy plants, and steel manufacturing plants. The successful candidate will have the ability and knowledge to source production lines for the prior industries and should be able to see these production lines installed and up and running.
Responsibilities:
•Designing, developing and implementing production systems and processes for chlorine plants, dairy plants, and steel manufacturing plants.
•Identifying opportunities for improving the efficiency and productivity of the production process and implementing changes to achieve those improvements.
•Coordinating with suppliers and contractors to ensure the timely delivery and installation of equipment and production lines.
•Developing and implementing quality control procedures to ensure that products meet or exceed customer requirements.
•Conducting research to identify new technologies and materials that can improve production processes and reduce costs.
•Analyzing production data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions to address those issues.
•Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
•Managing and coordinating the work of technicians and other production staff.
•Providing technical support to other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure that customer requirements are met.
Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
•Minimum of 15 years of experience in the erection of industrial planst such as chlorine plants, dairy plants, and steel manufacturing plants.
•Demonstrated ability to source production lines for the prior industry and to oversee their installation and operation.
•Experience in quality control procedures and regulatory compliance.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•Willingness to travel to different production sites as needed.
