Description: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in civil engineering and a focus on commercial projects such as hotels, malls, and commercial complexes. The successful candidate will have 12+ years of experience in managing complex projects from conception to completion.
Responsibilities:
•Manage all aspects of the project from planning to execution, including budget, timeline, and quality control.
•Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
•Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates.
•Lead project meetings, providing regular progress updates and addressing any issues or concerns.
•Conduct regular site inspections to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
•Collaborate with the design team to ensure that the project meets all necessary regulations and standards.
•Provide guidance and support to project team members, including mentoring and coaching.
•Communicate regularly with clients to ensure that their needs and expectations are being met.
•Identify and mitigate potential project risks, making adjustments to plans as necessary.
Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
•12+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on commercial projects such as hotels, malls, and commercial complexes.
•Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from conception to completion.
•Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals.
•Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
•Proficient in project management software, including Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.
•Knowledge of construction industry regulations and standards.
•Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
