Duties and responsibilities of an FMCG Sales Manager may include:
- Developing and implementing sales plans: Develop sales plans and strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives. This includes setting sales targets, developing marketing campaigns, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Managing a sales team: Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to help them meet their targets.
- Recruit, hire, and train new sales staff.
- Building and maintaining client relationships: build and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues they may have.
- Identify new potential clients and develop strategies to win their business.
- Analyzing sales data: Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Prior sales experience, preferably in a similar industry minimum 10 years, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficient in the use of CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong analytical skills to analyze sales data, identify trends, and create effective sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers, dealers, and distributors.
- Ability to travel frequently to different locations within the assigned territory.
