    We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to planning and organize all procurement-related activities within the company, overseeing them, and being responsible for providing the required/raw materials for manufacturing or operating the project with the predetermined quality and specifications, in order to be available at the appropriate time and at the best cost and under the best conditions, while maintaining a permanent inventory to avoid any interruptions.
    Responsibilities:
    •Develop and review all purchasing-related policies and procedures.
    •Create procurement plans and work on developing the purchasing department.
    •Meet the raw material needs of each department.
    •Develop an annual plan and budget for the necessary raw materials, spare parts, and other external services.
    •Continuously search for suppliers of high-quality raw materials at reasonable prices and update the supplier list for official adoption.
    •Build a complete database of suppliers, supplied materials, and proposed offers.
    •Work on reviewing policies and procedures, and modify them annually if necessary.
    •Collect price quotes from suppliers, compare them, and select the best.
    •Manage negotiations with suppliers regarding product quality, prices, specifications, discounts, penalty terms, returned goods, delivery methods, payment terms, and duration, and sign contracts with them.
    •Build and develop necessary models for use in the materials management department.
    •Document all internal and external purchase request files, all price quotes, and contracts with suppliers.
    •Continuously communicate with the warehouse management about stock shortages and the warehouse's capacity to accommodate the required amounts of stock.
    •Review incoming orders from various departments and follow up with suppliers until they are received.
    •Monitor periodic changes in raw material prices.
    •Communicate with the department that requested the goods and ensure that the supplier delivers the goods to the concerned department at the agreed-upon time and method.
    •Evaluate suppliers annually and categorize them into specific groups based on defined criteria outlined in purchasing policies and procedures.
    •Supervise the receipt, matching, storage, distribution, and maintenance operations.
    •Ensure the safety of storage in warehouses and the availability of fire safety measures.
    •Manage inventory monitoring using different data storage programs.
    •Conduct regular inventory checks of warehouses and materials every three months at least and provide copies to the CEO and the quality control manager.
    •Supervise warehouse keepers and their assistants.
    Requirements:
    •Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
    •Minimum of 10 years of experience in Supply Chain.
    •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    •Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
