• Description:
  For Jordanians only , the ideal candidate should have experience in an advanced ERP system like SAP , Oracle , or Microsoft , can perform the following duties : Ensures that financial transactions have accurate and complete supporting documentation
  ▪ Documents financial transactions by entering account information
  ▪ Executes financial transactions (e.g. payments)
  ▪ Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
  ▪ Ensures compliance with applicable standards, rules, regulations, and systems of internal control
  ▪ Aids in the implementation of new accounting policies, standards, and guidelines
  ▪ Provides accurate, timely, and relevant recording, reporting, and analysis of financial information
  ▪ Issues periodic reports and statements to facilitate followup on clients and suppliers
  ▪ Interacts with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders (e.g. suppliers)
  ▪ Verifies adherence to credit limits (clients and suppliers) during transaction execution
  ▪ Assists with auditor requests
  ▪ Supports periodic closing
  ▪ Verifies petty cash reconciliation and replenishment
  ▪ Reviews and approves work deliverables of Accountants
  ▪ Provides technical guidance to more junior team members
