    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations of our indoor theme park, which features a variety of electronic games and big rides. As the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of all mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems within the park. Your role will involve planning, coordinating, and executing preventive maintenance programs, managing a team of maintenance technicians, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.     Responsibilities:
    1. Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance strategy for the indoor theme park, including both electronic games and big rides.
    2. Oversee and manage all maintenance activities, including routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs to ensure the safe and efficient operation of all park attractions and facilities.
    3. Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure high-quality work and adherence to established standards and procedures.
    4. Develop and maintain a preventive maintenance schedule to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment and facilities.
    5. Coordinate with ride manufacturers and external contractors for major repairs, refurbishments, or equipment replacements, ensuring timely completion and compliance with safety regulations.
    6. Monitor equipment performance, analyze data, and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce breakdowns, and increase guest satisfaction.
    7. Establish and maintain an inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment necessary for maintenance activities, ensuring their availability when needed.
    8. Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and safety, to ensure a seamless and safe experience for guests and employees.
    9. Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations, industry standards, and best practices for amusement park maintenance.
    10. Develop and manage the maintenance budget, monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising safety or quality.
    11. Stay informed about advancements in amusement park maintenance technologies and techniques, and implement relevant improvements as appropriate.
    Qualifications:
    1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will also be considered.
    2. Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably within the amusement park or entertainment industry.
    3. Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment.
    4. Experience managing a team of maintenance technicians, including training, performance evaluation, and scheduling.
    5. Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards related to amusement park maintenance.
    6. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external contractors.
    8. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the operational needs of the park.
    9. A passion for amusement park operations, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
    10. Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
