We are looking for a Training Center Manager candidate as per below qualifications, to lead our training center.
Qualifications:
* Previous hospitality experience is an asset
* Minimum of 7 years progressive Food and Beverage leadership experience role in a large training center
* Previous experience with hands on training is a strong asset
* This position requires a collaborative, engaging, focused individual who understands the business needs and can translate this knowledge into highly effective training and development programs
* Passionate, energetic, creative, self-motivated individual with a high degree of professionalism
* Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with demonstrated confidence presenting to colleagues and management
* Patient, with good problem solving and time management skills
* Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
* Must possess outstanding guest service, communication and presentation skills
* Must possess strong organizational and administrative skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision and direction.
* Strong experience in computer programs such as: Adobe Creative Suite 4 (or higher); Excel, Word, Publisher, and Power Point.
* University or College education in hotel management
