    Responsibilities:
    ▪Collaborates with Head Office and AQ Recycling management to define, prioritize, and develop initiatives (projects).
    ▪Sets the standards for how initiatives are identified, planned, managed, and completed, as well as how data is collected and stored.
    ▪Supports initiative champions in project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, assigning team members to various deliverables, establishing a budget, following up progress, communications, and reporting.
    ▪Ensures that each initiative has a well-defined charter which is approved from the Group and Company’s management and reflected in the annual budget.
    ▪Maintains and publishes a master list of internal initiatives and actions.
    ▪Oversees the execution of the initiatives and ensures that team members are respecting the charter and carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the Group’s standards.
    ▪Supports initiative champions in identifying risks or sources of resistance to change and determining the required mitigating actions.
    ▪Supports initiative champions in identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues that can affect the execution of the
    initiative.
    ▪Ensures proper coordination among inter-related initiatives and activities.
    ▪Ensures that any changes to initiative charters are approved through the proper channels and documented.
    ▪Performs quality audits and implementation audits upon request.
    ▪Provides executive management with aggregated reporting on all initiatives based on status, financials, and operational risks & issues (timely escalation).
    ▪Maintains and publishes a knowledge management and best practice repository, including “lessons learned”.
    ▪Drafts new and improves existing PIO policies and processes.
    ▪Identifies and tracks KPIs for PIO activities, and develops plans and initiatives for improvement.
    ▪Develops and institutionalizes Al Qaryan’s data, know-how, and capabilities in project management.
    ▪Is responsible for the development, performance appraisal, and succession planning of all direct reports.
    Qualifications:
    ▪Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business or Administration; project management certification is preferred.
    ▪Minimum 10+ years of experience in project management.
    ▪Experience in the KSA is a plus.
    ▪Strong leadership skills.
    ▪Good written and verbal communication skills.
    ▪Strong attention to details and technicalities.
    ▪Excellent organizational and technical skills.
    ▪Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
    ▪Good knowledge of project management software.
    ▪Arabic and English language fluency required.
