    We are a leading organization in the contracting industry, specializing in large-scale construction projects, based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. As we expand our operations, we are seeking a talented and experienced PMO Engineer (Process and Governance) to join our team and play a crucial role in building and strengthening our Project Management Office (PMO).
    Role Overview:
    The PMO Engineer (Process and Governance) will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the processes and governance framework within our PMO. This role requires a deep understanding of project management methodologies, best practices, and an ability to tailor them to the specific needs of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully establishing and optimizing PMOs within the contracting industry, ensuring effective project delivery and driving operational excellence.
    Key Responsibilities:
    ▪Establish and Enhance PMO Processes: Develop, implement, and continuously improve standardized project management processes, methodologies, and frameworks aligned with industry best practices. Ensure these processes are tailored to the specific needs of the contracting industry and are effectively communicated and understood by all relevant stakeholders.
    ▪Governance and Compliance: Define and enforce project governance standards, policies, and procedures to ensure adherence to project management principles. Establish mechanisms to monitor and track project performance, risks, and compliance with contractual obligations.
    ▪Project Documentation and Reporting: Define and implement consistent project documentation standards, templates, and guidelines. Develop robust reporting mechanisms to provide accurate and timely information on project progress, key metrics, and performance indicators to project stakeholders.
    ▪Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with the PMO processes and governance framework. Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and support to project teams in the implementation of project management best practices.
    ▪Training and Development: Develop training programs and deliver training sessions to enhance project management capabilities across the organization. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement in project management practices.
    ▪Tools and Technology: Evaluate, recommend, and implement appropriate project management tools and technology to streamline project delivery and enhance overall efficiency. Provide guidance and support to project teams in utilizing these tools effectively.
    ▪Lessons Learned and Knowledge Management: Facilitate the capture and dissemination of lessons learned from projects, ensuring that valuable insights and best practices are documented and shared within the organization.
    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (PMP, Prince2, etc.) are highly desirable.
    ▪Minimum of 12+ years of experience in project management, PMO establishment, and governance within the contracting industry.
    ▪Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies, processes, and best practices.
    ▪Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues in project delivery.
    ▪Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
    ▪Proven experience in developing and implementing PMO processes and governance frameworks.
    ▪Familiarity with project management tools and technologies.
    ▪Strong leadership and influencing skills, with a track record of driving change and achieving results.
