We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect with a minimum of 15 years of industry experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional architectural skills, with a focus on luxury residential projects. With a proven track record in the GCC region and a minimum of 8 years of construction site experience, the Senior Architect will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing projects from conception to completion.
Responsibilities:
•Lead and manage architectural design projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, budgets, and timelines.
•Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and interdisciplinary teams to understand project requirements and develop innovative design solutions.
•Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring the highest level of professional excellence.
•Conduct site visits and inspections, overseeing construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulations.
•Review and analyze ID and landscape drawings to ensure coordination and integration with the overall architectural design.
•Utilize advanced software packages such as Autocad, Revit, Photoshop, and Powerpoint to produce high-quality architectural drawings, presentations, and visualizations.
•Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to enhance design processes and improve project outcomes.
•Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless coordination throughout the design and construction phases.
•Participate in client meetings, presenting design proposals, and providing expert advice and recommendations.
Requirements:
•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a reputable institution.
•A minimum of 15 years of experience in architectural design, with a strong focus on luxury residential projects.
•Extensive experience in the GCC region, with a deep understanding of local regulations, building codes, and construction practices.
•Demonstrated experience with at least 8 years of construction site experience, overseeing project execution and ensuring design intent is maintained.
•Proficiency in Autocad, Revit, Photoshop, and Powerpoint to produce accurate drawings, 3D models, presentations, and visualizations.
•Strong knowledge of ID and landscape drawings review, ensuring coordination and integration with the architectural design.
•Exceptional design and conceptualization abilities, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
•Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
•Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deliverables are met within specified timelines.
•Up-to-date knowledge of sustainable design principles and practices is desirable.
