Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concept Architect Engineer to join our team. As a Concept Architect Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our organization by providing innovative design solutions and technical expertise to support our projects.
Responsibilities:
-Develop conceptual architectural designs and engineering solutions that meet project requirements and client specifications.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and designers, to create comprehensive project plans.
-Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments to evaluate project viability and identify potential design challenges.
-Prepare and present design proposals, including 2D/3D drawings, renderings, and visualizations, to clients and stakeholders.
-Utilize advanced software tools and technologies to produce accurate and detailed architectural drawings and models.
-Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and industry standards throughout the design process.
-Conduct periodic site visits and inspections to assess construction progress and ensure adherence to design intent.
-Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and engineers to foster professional growth within the team.
-Stay updated with emerging industry trends, materials, and technologies, and integrate them into design concepts when appropriate.
-Collaborate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to resolve technical issues and address project-related queries.
Qualifications:
-UPDA certification with Grade A is mandatory.
-Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
-A minimum of 10 years of experience working with a consultant or reputed contracting company.
-Strong proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools.
-Excellent understanding of building systems, construction methodologies, and materials.
-In-depth knowledge of local regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
-Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.
-Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present complex ideas to diverse audiences.
-Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to overcome design challenges.
-Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
