• Description:
  Duties and responsibilities:

  1. Supervise the Group’s assurance over finance relevant IT/ISs from ITGC and configuration perspectives; including performing risk assessments, scoping, testing processes and controls effectiveness in line with internal policies and external regulation
  2. Prepare assurance reports upon conclusion of testing, and provide regular updates to management.
  3. Interpreting the financial audit impact of IT risks and control weaknesses and Integrating Data Analytics testing into an assurance approach
  4. Perform and review follow-up testing on prior internal audit and financial compliance findings
  5. Lead the mitigation of SOD risks across the group through a GRC tool
  6. Assist with design of ITGCs and responding to design related queries
  7. Partner with stakeholders, business management, other control groups (i.e. risk management, compliance, IT GRC), external auditors, and regulators, establishing strong working relationships while maintaining independence
  8. Lead validation of newly implemented systems
  9. Lead the team’s utilization of process mining and data analytics tools to aid financial compliance assurance and governance objectives and train colleagues as needed
  10. Assist management and colleagues with various financial compliance tasks.
