The scope of work is as follows:
*Responsible for implementing the retail sales & marketing plans for the assigned store and
Retail Customer:
▪ Promotes the brand product and service offerings to customers.
▪ Implements systems and processes in order to ensure high customer satisfaction.
▪ Personally, attends to high value and key customers.
▪ Ensures proper product visual display is through-out the store.
▪ Coordinates store's sales promotion activities and campaigns in consultation with head of retail.
▪ Maintains awareness of market trends in the retail industry.
▪ Responds to customer complaints and ensures resolution.
▪ Makes decisions on adjustments, refunds, customer checks and customer service etc.
Retail Process:
▪ Manages stock levels.
▪ Ensures adherence to company policies and procedures.
▪ Handles administrative duties including staff schedules, sales reports, personnel report, etc. and escalates
appropriate issues to the head of retail.
▪ Coordinates sales promotion activities and price campaigns according to predefined budgets.
▪ Plans store layout of fixtures, merchandise and displays taking into account special promotions.
▪ Ensure retail store maintenance and adherence to company standards.
▪ Conducts regular sales meetings for staff to discuss sales techniques, new products, and overall performance.
▪ Provides training to store personnel i.e. Store policies & procedures, job duties, customer service, selling
techniques, stock levels inventory, POS, etc.
▪ Develops talent within the team by providing consistent direction & support to achieve sales targets. Maintain
▪ Creates the sales counter staffing plan through proper assignment of duty schedule as per company policies.
