Job Summary:
As the Deputy General Manager of HVAC Systems, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth, enhancing our technical capabilities, and expanding our market share within the Saudi HVAC industry. Leveraging your extensive technical expertise, project sales experience, and deep knowledge of the Saudi market, you will contribute to the development and execution of strategies that align with our business goals.
Responsibilities:
•Technical Leadership:Provide technical guidance and leadership to cross-functional teams engaged in HVAC, MEP, and air conditioning projects. Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
•Sales and Business Development:Drive sales growth by actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the Saudi market. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
Market Expertise:Leverage your in-depth knowledge of the Saudi HVAC industry to analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. Utilize this insight to develop effective sales strategies and innovative solutions.
•Project Management:Oversee the execution of HVAC projects, from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Collaborate with project teams to resolve technical challenges and optimize project outcomes.
•Team Development:Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. Provide guidance and support to ensure team members excel in their roles.
•Client Relationships:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly. Act as a trusted advisor and main point of contact for client interactions.
Collaboration:Collaborate closely with internal departments, including engineering, procurement, and operations, to ensure seamless coordination and efficient project delivery.
Financial Management:Contribute to the development of annual budgets and financial plans. Monitor financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance protocols throughout all stages of project execution.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
•A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in HVAC, MEP, air conditioning maintenance, supply, and installation.
•Proven track record of successful technical leadership, project sales, and business development within the Saudi HVAC industry.
•Arab National is preferred.
•Strong network and prior experience working with clients, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders in the Saudi market.
•Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
•Proficient in relevant software applications and tools.
•Results-oriented mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
•Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
