  Tasks and Responsibilities:
  - Developing plans and strategies for the work.
  - Leading the management team and directing subordinates within the team.
  - Planning daily operations and distributing tasks among maintenance department workers.
  - Establishing appropriate procedures to safeguard buildings and factories from any malfunctions.
  - Organizing the work schedule for maintenance department employees, providing instructions and guidance, and assigning tasks to them.
  - Supervising the maintenance and repair of machinery used in the production process.
  - Overseeing electrical installations, panel installations, and addressing electrical issues.
  - Supervising the preparation of plumbing installations and addressing arising problems.
  - Supervising facility maintenance and equipping them with necessary infrastructure and installations.
  - Supervising the installation and maintenance of cooling equipment.
  - Identifying the material and equipment needs specific to the maintenance department, requesting them from the management.
  - Identifying the human resource needs for the department's work.
  - Participating in the selection of management personnel, determining their training needs, and making recommendations.
  - Monitoring regular inspections of machines and equipment.
  - Ensuring the implementation of quality procedures within the company.
  - Ensuring that management personnel document maintenance operations and open individual files for each equipment/machine to determine its cost.
  - Ensuring the availability of all health and safety conditions for all workers in hazardous tasks.
  - Making all decisions related to maintenance management.
  - Reporting periodic and annual achievements and issues to the Chief Operations Officer, along with recommendations and notes.
  - Monitoring and coordinating the process of evaluating employee performance, both during trial periods and at the end of the year.
  - Adhering to work ethics, values, and professional behavior standards.
  Qualifications, Experiences, and Skills:
  - University degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
  - Preferably holds a certified professional maintenance certificate and has participated in courses related to mechanical, hydraulic, supervisory, and monitoring fields.
  - Practical maintenance experience of no less than 15 years, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
  - Fluent in both Arabic and English languages.
  - Effective problem-solving skills and ability to manage workplace issues.
  - Strong observational skills.
  - Effective communication with technicians and technical staff.
  - Good knowledge of occupational health and safety procedures and regulations.
  - Proficiency in problem-solving and providing appropriate solutions.
