  Responsibilities: Technology Strategy and Innovation:

  • Develop and execute the Company overall technology strategy to support business goals.
  • Identify emerging technologies and trends that could impact the company's industry and future growth.
  • Drive innovation by proposing and implementing new ideas, projects, and initiatives that leverage technology to create a competitive advantage.

  Technical Leadership:

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the engineering and development teams.
  • Foster a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and innovation within the technology department.
  • Oversee the architecture and design of software products and technology solutions.

  Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with other executives and departments to align technology initiatives with business needs.
  • Work closely with the (CEO) to ensure a cohesive technology approach across the organization.

  Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of technologists, engineers, and developers.
  • Set performance goals, conduct performance evaluations, and facilitate professional development.

  Technology Operations:

  • Ensure the reliable and efficient operation of technology systems, networks, and infrastructure.
  • Manage technology budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships.

  Risk Management and Security:

  • Assess and mitigate technology-related risks, including cybersecurity threats and data breaches.
  • Establish and enforce security protocols and best practices.

  Product Development:

  • Collaborate with product management to align technology solutions with customer needs and market demands.
  • Participate in the product development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.

  Strategic Planning:

  • Contribute to the company's overall strategic planning by providing insights into how technology can drive growth and innovation.

  External Engagement:

  • Represent the company's technological initiatives to external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and investors.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and forums.

  Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering).
  • Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role.
