• Description:
  Role and Responsibilities:

  • Manage (web and mobile) projects
  • Develop detailed documentation for projects which are aligned and agreed with stakeholders and can be turned into technical specifications.
  • Document specifications and use cases and create layouts and mockups to show case the features/products under development
  • Support project teams to ensure that the requirements are implemented in the correct way as intended all the way through to launch
  • Support the design, UI and UX of new projects / innovative products / website features /Mobile applications and evaluating how these will perform on the market.
  • Reviewing and enhancing the processes for development and improving of business and systems operations
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Identifying and capitalizing on improvement opportunities.
  • Identifying innovative ways to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Communicating ideas and viewpoints to senior management.
  • Creating monthly performance reports.
  • offering practical and innovative solutions

  Qualifications, Education Technical Skills Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Business, or any related field
  2. Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in Project Management incl. Business Analysis
  3. Experience working with product management, UX/UI and layout tools on enterprise-level projects.
  4. Track record of successfully managing projects.
