  Job Summary:
  We are seeking an experienced Brand Specialist to oversee and elevate the brand identity of our sanitary ware products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand strategy, product positioning, and marketing for the sanitary ware industry. You will be responsible for shaping the perception of our brand, and driving initiatives that contribute to market leadership and customer loyalty.
  Responsibilities:
  •Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with company objectives and resonate with target audiences.
  •Define and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency in messaging, visual identity, and customer experience.
  •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute impactful marketing campaigns for sanitary ware products.
  •Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for differentiation.
  •Manage product positioning and messaging, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends.
  •Develop and oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, catalogs, digital content, and videos.
  •Work closely with design and creative teams to ensure the brand's visual elements reflect its identity.
  •Collaborate with product development to ensure brand alignment with product innovations and launches.
  •Serve as a brand ambassador, both internally and externally, fostering brand loyalty and recognition.
  •Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve brand objectives and targets.
  Qualifications:
  •Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  •5+ Years of experience.
  •Bilingual.
  •Proven experience as a Brand Specialist in the sanitary ware industry or a related field.
  •In-depth knowledge of brand management principles, and product positioning.
  •Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft persuasive messaging.
  •Strong project management abilities, including the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  •Collaborative and team-oriented approach, with the ability to work across departments.
  •Familiarity with sanitary ware products, industry trends, and customer preferences.
