  Job Summary:
  We are seeking an experienced Lighting Projects Sales Specialist to lead our sales efforts for projects involving lighting solutions. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the lighting projects industry in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and managing the end-to-end sales process for lighting projects.
  Responsibilities:
  •Develop and implement strategic sales plans to target and secure project lighting sales.
  •Build and maintain a pipeline of potential projects through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  •Cultivate and nurture relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders in the construction and project industry.
  •Prepare and deliver proposals to clients, highlighting the value of our lighting products and services.
  •Negotiate prices ensuring they align with company profitability goals and customer expectations.
  •Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of lighting solutions in accordance with project timelines.
  •Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for product innovation and market differentiation.
  •Travel to project sites as needed for client meetings, site visits, and project progress evaluations.
  •Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, forecasts, and reports.
  •Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and resolving any issues promptly.
  Qualifications:
  •Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  •5+ Years of experience.
  •Bilingual.
  •Proven experience in sales, particularly within the lighting projects industry in Saudi Arabia.
  •Strong network in Saudi within the construction, architecture, and design industries.
  •In-depth understanding of lighting products, and project requirements.
  •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
  •Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  •Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing market dynamics.
