  Responsibilities:
  General Responsibilities for All Site Engineers:
  1. Project Management:
  •Collaborate with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  •Supervise and coordinate engineering activities on construction sites.
  2. Quality Assurance:
  •Implement quality control procedures to ensure that construction work within your discipline meets established standards and specifications.
  •Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to identify and rectify potential defects or deviations.
  3. Documentation and Reporting:
  •Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation within your discipline, including drawings, specifications, change orders, and progress reports.
  •Generate regular reports to update stakeholders on project status, milestones, and potential risks.
  4. Health and Safety Compliance:
  •Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations within your discipline to minimize workplace accidents and ensure the well-being of all project personnel.
  •Discipline-Specific Responsibilities:
  •For Site Mechanical Engineer:
  •Oversee and manage mechanical aspects of projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently and in compliance with industry standards.
  •Review project plans and specifications related to mechanical systems.
