    Job Description: Power/Energy Project Manager
    Job Overview: The Power/Energy Project Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing power and energy projects for industrial, petrochemical, and commercial clients. This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record of successful project management, technical expertise in power and energy systems, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
    Responsibilities:
    •Lead and manage power and energy projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
    •Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements, develop project scopes, and define deliverables.
    •Identify and assess project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies to ensure successful project execution.
    •Prepare detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle.
    •Manage project resources, including cross-functional teams of engineers, technicians, contractors, and other stakeholders.
    •Foster effective communication and collaboration among project team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear understanding of project objectives.
    •Implement effective cost control measures to monitor and manage project expenditures.
    •Analyze budget variations and make necessary adjustments to optimize project finances.
    •Conduct regular project status meetings, provide updates to stakeholders, and address any project-related issues or concerns.
    •Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies throughout the project.
    •Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, suppliers, and partners, and identify opportunities for business expansion and growth.
    •Provide technical expertise and guidance on power and energy systems, assisting team members in problem-solving and decision-making.
    •Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates, financial reports, and performance metrics, to senior management and clients.
    •Actively participate in lessons learned sessions and contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices.
    Qualifications:
    •Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
    •Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in project management within the power and energy sector, preferably in industrial, petrochemical, or commercial projects.
    •Proven track record of successfully managing and closing at least 2 large-scale power or energy projects.
    •Strong technical knowledge of power generation, distribution systems, energy efficiency, and related technologies.
    •Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
    •Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    •Proficiency in project management tools and software.
    •Demonstrated ability to solve problems, make decisions under pressure, and adapt to changing project requirements.
    •Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
    •Ability to travel to project sites as required.
