  Job Title: R&D Project Manager Location: Amman – Jordan Job Type: Full-time Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing IT strategies aligned with the overall business objectives. This involves analyzing technology trends, evaluating systems, and making recommendations for improvements.
  • Team Management: Leading and managing a team of IT professionals, including system administrators, network engineers, support technicians, and developers. This includes hiring, training, assigning tasks, and evaluating their performance.
  • Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Developing and managing the IT department's budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently to meet the organization's technology needs.
  • Infrastructure Management: Overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's technology infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage systems, and hardware.
  • System Security: Implementing and maintaining robust security measures to protect the organization's data and systems from cyber threats. This involves creating and enforcing security policies, conducting regular security audits, and staying updated on industry best practices.
  • Project Management: Planning and executing IT projects, such as system upgrades, software implementations, and infrastructure expansions. This includes defining project scope, setting timelines, allocating resources, and monitoring progress to ensure successful project completion.
