    RESPONSIBILITIES
    •Oversee maintenance needs for vehicle & equipment fleet, including but not limited to, automobiles, utility vehicles, heavy equipment and static equipment.
    •Establish and follow an organized fleet service and maintenance program, including documentation, record keeping and planning/ scheduling of all repair work to increase productivity, while effectively managing department's overtime
    •Manage parts ordering & inventory for the entire fleet.
    •Ensure effective and timely communications across all relevant stakeholders to support operations.
    •Provide guidance and support for the planning of company fleet inventory, including new acquisitions, rental, and scarping.
    •Work closely with other stakeholders to maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the maintenance shop facility.
    •Establish, train on & maintain safe use of all tools, equipment, vehicles, materials required by the maintenance operation.
    •Manage financial accountability of all fleet maintenance.
    •Oversee staffing needs including selecting, coaching, and training employees and evaluation employee performance.
    •Manage outside parties and vendors as appropriate.
    •Maintain an on-going preventive maintenance program for all company’s fleet.
    •control maintenance costs relating to personnel, purchasing, inventory control and outsourcing of repairs.
    Skills & Qualification:
    •Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office.
    •Advanced Root Cause Problem Solving.
    •Effective and professional communications skills.
    •Ability to anticipate business needs and plan accordingly to ensure that equipment. employee and fiscal resources are utilized in the most efficient manner.
    •High level of analytical skill to develop a range of possible solutions to address a wide range of issues.
    •Organizational skills.
    •Ability to collaborate and encourage employee engagement.
    •Good financial management and planning skills; ability to understand financial terms, budgets, tables and reports. Ability to develop realistic, comprehensive plans to make efficient use of resources.
    •Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
    •Certified Automotive Fleet Management (CAFM) Financial Systems is preferred.
    •Fuel Management or experience with/knowledge of similar technology.
    •15+ yearsof experience as a Maintenance Manager large fleet of vehicles, heavy machinery and static equipment or multiple site locations in EPC companies filed, in which last 5 as a manager.
    •Experience in Fleet Management soft wares.
    •Experience in Fleet and Heavy Equipment dept.
