    Job Summary:
    As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our HVAC sales efforts in the Saudi market. Leveraging your extensive industry knowledge and network, you will develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand our customer base, and maintain strong customer relationships. Your expertise in HVAC systems and your understanding of the Saudi market dynamics will be crucial in achieving our sales goals.
    Key Responsibilities:
    1. **Sales Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
    2. **Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients in the Saudi HVAC market.
    3. **Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team, providing guidance and support to maximize their performance and sales effectiveness.
    4. **Customer Relationships:** Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
    5. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies and products, ensuring that you and your team can effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
    6. Quota Achievement: Monitor sales performance against targets and take corrective actions as needed to ensure quotas are met or exceeded.
    7. Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for major contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
    8. Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
    9. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
    10. Customer Satisfaction: Work closely with the customer service team to address customer concerns and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
    Qualifications:
    1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. MBA or equivalent qualifications are a plus.
    2. Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 5 years in HVAC or related industries.
    3. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the Saudi market.
    4. In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, technologies, and industry best practices.
    5. Strong leadership and team management skills.
    6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    7. Transferable IQAMA (Residency Permit) for Saudi Arabia is mandatory.
    8. Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
