Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Projects Manager to lead and oversee our civil projects. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in managing civil projects. The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven track record of successfully closing and delivering at least 2 large-scale projects within related industries.
Responsibilities:
1.Project Leadership: Provide strong leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
2.Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, and risk assessment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with company goals.
3.Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors. Act as the main point of contact for clients and ensure their needs and expectations are met.
4.Scope Management: Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables. Regularly monitor and communicate project progress to stakeholders, addressing any scope changes and ensuring alignment with the original project goals.
5.Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate and manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
6.Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively manage and resolve any issues that may arise during the project execution.
7.Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure that all project deliverables meet the required standards and specifications.
8.Budget Control: Implement proactive cost control measures to oversee project expenditures, analyzing budget deviations and making essential adjustments to optimize project finances.
9.Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present regular project status reports to management and clients. Maintain accurate and organized project documentation for future reference.
10.Team Management: Lead and motivate project teams, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors. Foster a collaborative and positive working environment.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
•Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the industrial, petrochemical, or commercial sectors.
•Proven track record of successfully closing and delivering at least 2 large-scale civil projects.
•Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
•Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
•Proficient in project management software and tools.
•Knowledge of relevant industry codes, regulations, and standards.
•Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
•Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
