  Duties And Responsibilities:
  1. Hands-on involvement in an implementation of SAP S/4HANA, FI.
  2. Demonstrated ability as a workstream lead with knowledge and understanding of SAP S/4HANA application-based solutions and proficiency in end-to-end integration with other functional modules
  3. Prior experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation to develop, implement and support complex business processes in an SAP environment; to design, build, test and deploy S/4HANA Finance business
  4. Strong in problem solving skills and able to understand how business processes work and integrate in multiple technology platforms environment.
  5. Conduct business needs analysis and identify key business challenges with key stakeholders.
  6. Support the functional configuration and implementation/deployment of SAP S/4 HANA.
  7. In-depth knowledge and experience in SAP S/4 HANA Functional Configuration.
  8. Creating and translating Business Functional Requirements into Technical Requirements and Solution Development, leading team in identifying dependencies, integrations, and configuration requirements.
  9. Leading design of interfaces, testing plans, and test scripts, conversion programs, reports, and enhancements while applying common SAP best practices for the FMCG industry.
  10. Define ‘To-Be’ stage of processes, solution application requirement and performance measurements.
  11. Conduct deployment activities and measure achievement of desired outcomes.
  12. With IT Director, act to resolve issues which prevent the team working effectively.
  13. Analyse complex ideas or proposals and build a range of meaningful recommendations to IT Director.
  14. Use multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder views to develop solutions and recommendations.
  15. Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making.
  16. Develop a point of view on key global trends, and how they impact clients.
  17. Manage a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes for all parties.
  18. Simplify complex messages, highlighting and summarising key points.
  19. Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.
  20. Execute activities related to the function in safe and environmentally friendly methods.
  21. Support change management and business adoption of technologies.
  22. To perform any other duties assigned by IT Director.
