• Description:

  Duties And Responsibilities: 1. Perform data analysis on company systems to identify potential and emerging risks and/or control deficiencies and produce trending analysis reports. 2. Responsible for data entry of quality data in line with company data policy. 3. Performing information reviews and internal audits on records (Sanity check). 4. Help ensure operations are in compliance with company standards, as well as any applicable government regulations. 5. Reviewing data entry errors to ensure that they are corrected before the data is used in any models or reports. 6. Ensuring that data has been properly collected, analysed, and reported on. 7. Working with programmers to ensure that data is properly entered into databases as per company naming convention. 8. Develop and maintain accurate, high-quality data pipelines, warehouses, databases, and datasets. 9. Perform ETL on current and future company systems for reporting and visualization purposes. 10. Use business intelligence tools to identify, analyse, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets. 11. Collaborate with SM team to collect and analyse data. 12. Analyse and effectively present data in a way that assists leadership in making strategic decisions. 13. Promote Continuous Improvement by identifying processes, inefficiencies, and quality improvements. 14. Work closely with SAP S/4HANA team and enforce company data policy for current and future systems. 15. Ensure accuracy and integrity of data and applications through analysis, coding, documentation. 16. Identification of data issues, analysis of underlying problems and recommendations for solutions. 17. Report, track and resolve issues related to ETL efforts. 18. Serving as a core member of SAP S/4HANA team. 19. Evolve company core data, including better information delivery mechanisms and methodologies. 20. Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct. 21. Execute activities related to the function in safe and environmentally friendly methods. 22. Support change management and business adoption of technologies. 23. To perform any other duties assigned by IT Director.
