  Key Responsibilities:
  - Oversee all aspects of plant operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety regulations are met.
  - Lead and mentor a diverse team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  - Manage the plant budget, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure effective resource allocation.
  - Maintain and improve product quality through quality control measures and process improvements.
  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide regular reports to senior management on plant performance and KPIs.
  Qualifications:
  - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with an advanced degree preferred.
  - Minimum of 15years of progressive experience in the cement/building chemicals industry.
  - Prior experience working in the Gulf region is highly preferable.
  - Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive process improvements.
  - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  - Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  - Proven track record of achieving production targets and quality standards.
