• Description:
  Key Responsibilities: -Lead and manage day-to-day workshop operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and production planning.
  -Ensure the efficient and safe operation of machinery and equipment in compliance with industry regulations.
  -Supervise and mentor workshop staff, providing guidance and support to maintain a motivated and skilled team.
  -Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve productivity, quality, and safety.
  -Oversee inventory management, including stock control, procurement, and replenishment of workshop materials.
  -Collaborate with the maintenance team to schedule and execute equipment maintenance and repairs.
  -Monitor and analyze workshop performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  -Maintain a strong focus on workplace safety, conducting regular safety inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  -Prepare reports and communicate workshop performance updates to senior management.
  -Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the workshop.
  Qualifications and Skills:
  -Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
  -Minimum of 12 years of experience in the cement or building chemicals industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  -Strong technical knowledge of workshop equipment and processes in the industry.
  -Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  -Proven ability to drive operational efficiency and process optimization.
  -Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  -Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  -Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in the industry.
  -Proficiency in computer applications related to workshop management.
  -Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
