    Position Overview:
    -Lead and oversee all commercial activities within the cement or building chemicals industry sector.
    -Utilize 12 years of industry experience to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and profitability. Key Responsibilities: Market Strategy and Analysis:
    -Develop and implement comprehensive market strategies to increase market share and profitability.
    -Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities. Business Development:
    -Identify and establish new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels.
    -Foster strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and stakeholders. Sales and Revenue Management:
    -Set and achieve revenue targets, sales quotas, and profit margins.
    -Monitor and manage sales team performance, ensuring the achievement of targets. Contract Negotiation:
    -Negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers, and distributors to maximize profitability and minimize risks.
    -Draft, review, and finalize legal agreements and documentation. Product Management:
    -Oversee the product lifecycle, including development, pricing, and market positioning.
    -Collaborate with R&D and production teams to ensure product quality and innovation. Financial Management:
    -Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
    -Optimize pricing strategies and cost controls to improve financial performance. Team Leadership:
    -Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing commercial team.
    -Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment. Compliance and Risk Management:
    -Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols.
    -Identify and mitigate potential risks related to commercial operations. Customer Relationship Management:

    -Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
    -Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in the cement or building chemicals industry.
    -Proven track record of successful commercial leadership and revenue growth.
    -Strong negotiation, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
    -Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
