  Responsibilities:
  -Oversee and manage all aspects of logistics operations for the cement or building chemicals division.
  -Develop and implement efficient logistics strategies to optimize supply chain processes.
  -Coordinate transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
  -Monitor inventory levels and manage inventory control procedures to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
  -Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and third-party logistics providers to negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effective transportation solutions.
  -Lead a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  -Analyze data and generate reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
  -Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards in logistics operations.
  -Continuously assess and improve supply chain efficiency, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and process enhancement.
  -Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging logistics technologies to make informed decisions.
  -Resolve logistics-related issues and provide timely solutions to maintain smooth operations.
  -Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, such as production, sales, and procurement teams, to ensure alignment of logistics activities with overall business goals.
  -Budget management and cost control to optimize logistics expenses while maintaining service quality. Qualifications:
  -Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  -Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in logistics management, preferably within the cement or building chemicals industry.
  -Proven track record of successfully leading logistics teams and optimizing supply chain processes.
  -Strong knowledge of transportation regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
  -Proficiency in logistics software and systems, such as ERP, TMS, and WMS.
  -Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  -Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  -Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  -Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  -Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  -Certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
