    Responsibilities:
    Interdepartmental Liaison:
    -Act as the primary point of contact between various departments, including production, research and development, sales, and logistics.
    -Foster effective communication channels to ensure the smooth flow of information and materials between departments. Supplier and Vendor Coordination:
    -Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of raw materials, equipment, and services.
    -Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize costs and quality. Project Management:
    -Manage and coordinate projects involving multiple teams and departments.
    -Develop project plans, set milestones, and monitor progress to ensure on-time delivery. Quality Assurance:
    -Work closely with quality control and assurance teams to maintain and improve product quality.
    -Implement quality control measures and resolve issues as they arise. Regulatory Compliance:
    -Stay updated on industry regulations and standards, ensuring the company's compliance.
    -Coordinate with regulatory bodies and internal teams to meet all legal requirements. Cross-functional Collaboration:
    -Facilitate collaboration between technical and non-technical teams to address challenges and innovate.
    -Bridge the gap between different functions to achieve common goals. Resource Allocation:
    -Optimize resource allocation, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to enhance efficiency.
    -Ensure that resource utilization aligns with business objectives. Performance Monitoring:
    -Develop KPIs and performance metrics to assess departmental and project performance.
    -Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Risk Management:
    -Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
    -Proactively address issues that may impact operations. Qualifications:
    -Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
    -Minimum of 10 years of experience in the cement or building chemicals industry.
    -Proven experience in project management and cross-functional coordination.
    -Strong knowledge of industry regulations and quality standards.
    -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    -Negotiation and contract management abilities.
    -Proficient in using project management tools and software.
    -Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
