• Description:
  Responsibilities:
  •Supervision on preparation of technical and engineering layouts and designs for all projects by providing the Senior Engineer / Architect in charge with all information on the project design idea and presentation of full explanation thereof.
  •Studying requests of architectural designs preparation subject to information received.
  •Supervision on making modifications to technical, engineering layouts and designs in accordance with notes and modifications until reaching final design and approval.
  •Coordination with the relevant administrative units to extract building licenses, provide infrastructure for the land (project site).
  •Receipt and Review of maintenance requests / complaints issued from the lessees and taking decisions to their regard according to its nature and referring thereof to Senior Engineer / Architect in charge.
  •Receipt and Review of technical requests issued by the lessees from Sales and Lease Department and referring thereof to the Architect in charge.
  •Preparation of warning letter in case of the contractor’s non-compliance with work regarding technical requests issued from lessees.
  •Supervision on up-keeping engineering designs and layouts and all the project related documents to facilitate referring thereto if necessary.
  •Preparation of estimated budget for Engineering Support Section and presentation thereof to Project Management Director.
  •Holding periodical meetings with staff in Engineering Support Section to review the work functioning and the achieved progress, he discusses their suggestions and take the appropriate actions accordingly.
  •Submission of proposals and recommendations that contribute in developing project management works generally and the section specifically.
  •Follow up of the staff’s performance in Engineering Support Section, to ensure the proper functioning of work and compliance with the approved policies and procedures and labor instructions.
  Requirements:
  •Bachelor degree in Architectural Engineering. Higher degree or certidfication is a plus.
  •8+ years’ experience in the field of complete architectural design.
  •Good planning and organization capability
  •Good communication and interpersonal skills
  •High skills and capabilities in preparation of correspondence and reports
  •High skill in time management
  •Good Capabilities of business coordination and follow up.
  •Good Communication and interpersonal abilities.
  •Proficiency in the use of computer applications.
