    Responsibilities:
    •Supervising consulting work carried out through external consulting entities.
    •Providing advice, guidance, and administrative, organizational, and technical support to administrative units.
    •Offering proposals aimed at improving the company's performance on all levels.
    •Periodically evaluating the achievement in the strategic plan and the execution plans through the performance measurement tools approved in the company's plans.
    •Studying and discussing strategic amendments proposals in company policies and work methods before presenting them for discussion and approval by the CEO.
    •Studying and discussing all strategic proposals before presenting them to the CEO.
    •Participating in shaping the company's general plans and policies.
    •Preparing regular reports on the company's plan execution and suggesting corrective measures to align with the established plans.
    •Representing the company at conferences, seminars, and workshops to which the company is invited in coordination with the CEO.
    •Studying and discussing reports submitted by the internal auditor or external auditor.
    •Supervising the preparation of periodic business results reports submitted by the unit managers and the legal consultant.
    •Supervising and monitoring compliance with the approved annual budget.
    •Supervising the preparation of the company's financial statements and submitting them to the CEO for approval.
    •Performing any other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor related to the nature of the work.
    Requirements:
    •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, General Management, Economics, or a related field.
    •6 years of experience in performance management and planning, or quality in similar companies or with diverse activities.
    •Good planning and organization skills.
    •High supervisory skills.
    •Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    •High skills and abilities in preparing correspondences and reports.
    •High skills in communication, negotiation, and persuasion.
    •High skills in time management and meetings.
    •Complete knowledge of the company's regulations, guidelines, and procedures.
    •High ability in risk analysis and management.
    •Good understanding of performance measurement tools and elements of strategic plans.
