  Responsibilities: 1. Leadership: Lead the Consultation and Investment Department, providing guidance and motivation to achieve development goals.
  2. Performance Monitoring: Monitor employee performance, ensuring adherence to policies and work ethics.
  3. Compliance: Ensure department employees comply with development policies and procedures, reporting violations when necessary.
  4. Collaboration: Foster collaboration and harmony among department employees.
  5. Research Oversight: Propose and oversee external research methods and strategies.
  6. Policy Development: Review and develop work policies and procedures within the department's jurisdiction.
  7. Improvement Recommendations: Review recommendations for improving department operations and contribute to overall development management.
  8. Team Engagement: Hold regular meetings with department employees to review progress, gather suggestions, and take appropriate actions.
  9. Skills Development: Supervise and coordinate employee training and skill development with the HR department.
  10. Administrative Duties: Handle various administrative tasks, including approving employee requests, conducting performance evaluations, and archiving communications for reference.
  Requirements:
  - Bachelor's degree and valid real estate appraisal license.
  - 8 years of relevant work experience.
  - Strong planning, communication, and organization skills.
  - Proficient in document preparation and computer applications.
  - Excellent time management and coordination abilities.
