Summary: High-level executive responsible for leading and overseeing the entire marketing function within Company.
This role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing a team of marketing professionals, driving initiatives to promote the company's brand, products & services, and is responsible for B2C customer acquisition.
• Strategic Leadership
• Team & Budget Management - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals, including marketing managers, specialists, creative staff, and call center agents. - Set clear goals, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback for team members' professional development
• Brand Development and Management
• Market Research and Analysis
• Marketing Campaigns: - Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for our direct-to-consumer and b2b clients. - Define KPIs and monitor the performance of campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary.
