Description:
- Collecting data related to the purchasing process from internal departments, such as purchase requests, tenders, costs, delivery timelines, and supplier performance information, among others.
- Analyzing the collected data using appropriate analysis tools and techniques. This includes using graphical representations, statistical techniques to analyze trends and patterns, and other techniques.
- Analyzing potential risks in the purchasing process.
- Preparing and compiling Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and benchmarking standards for the performance of the purchasing department. This includes the performance of suppliers and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Generating reports on the analysis results to be translated into practical recommendations for improving the performance of purchasing departments, achieving cost savings, enhancing quality, reducing risks, and also highlighting functional workloads, assisting in fair distribution of duties.
- Collaborating with internal purchasing departments and the work team to exchange information and achieve coordination and integration in purchasing operations and data analysis.
- Executing operations using company-approved systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, related field.
- Recognized professional certifications in the field of contract management, such as Certified Contract Manager (CCM), Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM), National Contract Management Association (NCMA), and others.
- 3-5 years of experience working in the Purchasing/Contracts Department in the management of procurement and contract operations.
- Advanced computer skills and proficiency in ERP software.
- Knowledge of procurement processes, data collection methods, and analysis.
- Practical experience in using MS Office and MS Excel.
- Advanced proficiency in the English language.
