• Description:
  DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  •Develop maintenance procedures and preventive plan and ensure its implementation by internal and outsourced technicians in order to guarantee the continuous suitability of the equipment to provide quality work in a safe and environmentally sound method.
  •Manage outsourced maintenance services (contract conclusion, service supervision, service evaluation…) in order to ensure the provision of the services in compliance with company’s standards and guidelines.
  •Plan and prioritize repair and installation activities according to production enquiry. Allocate workload and supervise work of technicians and labors to ensure execution and completion as per agreed schedules and cost estimates. QUALIFICATIONS:
  •B.Sc. in Mechatronics / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
  •3 to 8 years-experience in industrial organizations.
  •Problem-Solving Ability.
  •Work under stress.
  •Technical reporting.
  •Carry out inspections of company facilities / equipment and monitor all metrics relevant to energy / water consumption.
  •Manage and monitor systems and equipment inventory, and place orders when necessary.
  •Review machine failures in order to determine/update the minimum stock level for spare parts accordingly
  •Keep maintenance logs, expense reports and other relevant documentation, and produce ad-hoc reports on maintenance activities when required.
