  The ideal candidate will be responsible forMonitoring the performance of tax services
  - Adherence to governance standards for providing tax technology services
  - Follow up on resolving problems and managing escalation process
  - Providing proposals to improve and develop services - Most importantly:
  *responsible for managing the overall delivery of IT services
  *FOCUS on maintaining SLA /service level agreements, ensuring service quality, and managing client relationships - Arabic speaker but good in English.
  - required academic qualification - engineering, IT, systems, or any related specialty, and 10 years of experience working with his own hands and implementing projects - Professional certificates: ITIL: Information Technology Infrastructure library
