Description: Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the land public, Tourism transport bus fleet with a focus on increasing profits.
2. Focus on increasing profits.
3. The Commercial Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the land transport in all Streams, Public, Tourism, POS, and Mail.
4. Manage the day-to-day operations of for all VIP cross borders point of sale, and all Point of sale scattered across the country.
5. Manage the Mail Service and enhance the operations and maximize the profit.
6. Work closely with marketing team to leverage the Customer experience for the passenger.
7. Supervise all Transportation stations and maintain schedules, ensuring driver safety and performance.
8. Manage and maintain the overall budget for the Commercial department while identifying cost-saving opportunities and revenue-generating initiatives.
9. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement, growth, and increased profits within the transportation department and develop strategies to implement improvements.
10. In connection with Concerned Department, Recruit and train new drivers.
11. Conduct performance evaluations of staff, provide feedback, and facilitate ongoing development.
Qualifications:
a. At least 15 years of experience in transportation operations with a focus on bus fleet management.
b. Knowledge of (Ministry of Transportation) regulations, including all transportation commissions and associations.
