• Description:
  1. To manage recruitment processes with the head hunters 2. Look overseas recruitments processes 3. Managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding end-to-end. 4. Create and publish job ads in various portals 5. Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees 6. Screen resumes and job applications 7. Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates 8. Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive) 9. Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire 10. Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys 11. Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings 12. Arabic speaker and fluent in English
