    Job Objective:
    The Commercial Director is responsible for leading the commercial strategy and operations of an organization. Accountable for driving revenue growth and ensuring that the organization is positioned to succeed in the market. The role requires a strategic thinker who can lead and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver results.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Define the overall commercial strategy of the organization, including sales, marketing, business development, and customer service. Ensure the strategy aligns with the overall business objectives and market conditions.
    • Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding existing customer relationships, and exploring new markets.
    • Oversee the sales team and provide leadership, guidance, and support.
    • Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand positioning, drive customer acquisition, and increase market share.
    • Foster a customer-centric approach to brand management. Ensure that all touchpoints with customers deliver a consistent and positive brand experience. Develop strategies to build brand loyalty and advocacy among customers.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is maximized. Develop customer retention strategies and drive initiatives to enhance customer experience and loyalty.
    • Conduct thorough market analysis, including competitor analysis, industry trends, and customer insights. Use this information to inform strategic decision-making, identify market opportunities, and stay ahead of market changes.
    • Develop and implement pricing strategies that optimize profitability while remaining competitive in the market. Analyze pricing models, profitability metrics, and cost structures to drive sustainable business growth.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product development, operations, finance, and human resources, to ensure alignment and effective execution of commercial strategies. Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork across functions.
    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor the effectiveness of commercial initiatives. Regularly assess and report on performance, providing insights, recommendations, and corrective actions as needed.
