• Description:
  The ideal candidate should be an experienced consultant or practitioner of KPIs and Strategy to be able to do the following tasks. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
   Initiate and monitor company performance cycle on initiatives and employees level
   Manage performance analysis requirements and ensure accepted level of integrity across all systems
   Develop and deliver trainings to employees and managers on performance system and measurement tools
   Review data sources and results and calibrate as per business needs
   Improve user experience and redesign SOPs to enhance data inputs on system
   Measure and report departments performance as per business requirements
   Participate is strategy cycle preparations
   Cooperate with IT and other relevant teams to ensure optimum utilization of existing systems and modules
   Report company performance outcomes on quarter basis QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
   Bachelor of Business Informatics, Management, or relevant majors
   5-7 years of experience in a similar role
   Previous experience in performance management/ analysis and/or business consultancy
   Advanced use of Microsoft Office tools
   Advanced understanding different performance management tools, mainly Balanced Score Cards
  methodology and KPIs setting and calibration
   Adequate understanding of statistics and data management
