  • Description:
    We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Manager with over 10 years of experience in the construction industry to oversee and ensure the highest standards of quality in our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, a deep understanding of construction processes, and preferably, prior experience working in KSA or the GCC region.
    Responsibilities:
    1. Quality Assurance and Control:
    - Develop and implement a comprehensive quality management system for construction projects.
    - Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards, codes, and regulations.
    - Collaborate with project teams to establish and maintain quality control procedures.
    2. Documentation and Reporting:
    - Create and maintain detailed documentation related to quality standards, inspections, and non-conformances.
    - Generate regular reports on quality performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
    3. Supplier and Subcontractor Management:
    - Evaluate and approve suppliers and subcontractors based on their adherence to quality standards.
    - Monitor and assess the quality of materials and workmanship provided by external partners.
    4. Training and Development:
    - Provide training to project teams and personnel on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
    - Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting quality awareness at all levels.
    5. Client Communication:
    - Liaise with clients to understand and address their quality expectations.
    - Respond to client inquiries and concerns regarding quality-related matters.
    Requirements:
    1. Education:
    - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
    2. Experience:
    - Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality management within the construction industry.
    - Prior experience working in KSA or the GCC region is highly desirable.
    3. Certifications:
    - Relevant certifications in quality management and construction (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, ASQ Certified Quality Manager) are preferred.
    4. Skills:
    - Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and methodologies.
    - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    - Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    - Proven ability to lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
