  As an Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating various engineering activities within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a wealth of experience in the building and construction industry, demonstrating leadership qualities, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive projects to successful completion. Prior experience in KSA or the GCC region is a significant advantage.
  Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Leadership:
  - Lead and manage engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to quality, budget, and timeline parameters.
  - Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
  2. Team Management:
  - Supervise and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring their professional development and growth.
  - Foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and accountability within the engineering team.
  3. Stakeholder Collaboration:
  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and clients, to ensure seamless communication and project integration.
  - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction with engineering deliverables.
  4. Resource Allocation:
  - Effectively allocate resources, both human and technical, to maximize efficiency and project success.
  - Implement best practices in resource management to optimize project outcomes.
  5. Compliance and Safety:
  - Ensure compliance with relevant engineering standards, codes, and regulations.
  - Prioritize and enforce safety protocols to create a secure working environment.
  Qualifications:
  - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, or related field).
  - Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the building and construction industry.
  - Proven track record of successfully managing engineering projects from conception to completion.
  - Familiarity with engineering regulations and standards in KSA or the GCC is highly desirable.
  - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
