Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Projects Manager to join our dynamic team in KSA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the building and construction industry with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. The Architectural Projects Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing architectural projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are executed efficiently, within budget, and in compliance with all applicable regulations.
Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Coordination:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure effective project execution.
2. Budget and Cost Management:
- Monitor project budgets and expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring projects stay within financial constraints.
- Provide accurate cost estimates for architectural projects and manage financial aspects throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Quality Assurance:
- Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure that architectural projects meet industry standards and client expectations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress and address any deviations from the approved plans.
4. Regulatory Compliance:
- Stay abreast of local building codes, regulations, and standards in KSA, ensuring that all architectural projects comply with legal requirements.
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals from relevant authorities.
5. Client Communication:
- Serve as the main point of contact between the client and the project team, providing regular updates on project status and addressing client concerns.
- Foster strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction and secure future business opportunities.
6. Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and challenges associated with architectural projects and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
- Implement effective problem-solving approaches to address unforeseen issues that may arise during construction.
7. Team Leadership:
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, sharing industry knowledge and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the building and construction industry, with a focus on architectural project management.
- Prior experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) or the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices in KSA.
- Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
